Business Process Analyst-
Job Summary
This leader will be required to work within the LIBOR project team to help the Wholesale organization move from LIBOR to an equivalent index. In order to make this move, this person will be required to have a significant background in project mapping. They will also need to be able to translate the current process to a future process.

Part of the job will be to create a training approach and materials that are aligned to this new process. To be successful the candidate will need to be able to work across multiple organizations within the bank. They will need to be ok working in a gray environment that is highly matrixed. This person will need to be able to translate and document processes which will require working with both senior business leaders and subject matter experts. The full transition to LIBOR will occur 12/21 so this position may be a long term assignment. The candidate may have to travel to multiple southern California locations.

Responsibilities
Rapidly learn the Wholesale lending environment .

Responsible to drive process mapping of current and future processes as required across the Regional Bank, Investment Banking & Japanese Corporate Banking teams.
Based on identified future processes, create a plan and approach to drive out training for these areas as needed.
Lead the development and creation of required training across the groups in a timely manner.

Qualifications

BS Engineering or Business Administration or related.
7 year minimum in the financial industry with at least 3 years of process mapping or process design experience. Training planning and development are also required (3 year min).
Experience with enterprise wide initiatives such as LIBOR or Y2K.
Experience in influencing cross-functional leaders in a large organization, some of whom may have different priorities and goals.
Tenacity and energy in leading change.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels exceptionally strong analytical skills and process focus.
Wholesale lending and/or LIBOR experience is a plus.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
