Enterprise Workplace & Collaboration Engineer – Houston, TX

Job Description:
Work with a global team to implement Enterprise Workplace and Collaboration solutions. Provide technical guidance in planning and implementing new solutions while ensuring existing platforms remain stable. 

Responsibilities:  
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions with an emphasis on Workplace and Collaboration technologies. 
  • Experience implementing andor migrating to Office365, primarily Exchange Online. 
  • Experience with ADFS claims rules, O365 conditional access, Azure AD. 
  • Experience with MFA 
  • Experience with MDM solutions 
  • Lead a project or task, as needed. 
  • Follow team procedures, identify gaps and resolve effectively 
  • Provide technical overview to the rest of the team when required 
  • Ensure operational standards are adhered to 
  • Provide assistance to the Operations team, as needed
  • Actively look to continuously improve working practices 
  • Demonstrate and deliver excellent service to all clients at all times
  • Assist when instructed to design, implement and deliver BR obligations

  • ADFS (e.g. Claims Rules) 
  • O365 Exchange Online 
  • O365 Tenant to Tenant migration 
  • O365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) 
  • Azure AD 
  • InTune 
  • MFA (Duo Security) 
  • MDM (WorkspaceOneAirWatch) 
  • Electronic Faxing (RightFax, FacSys)
