Recruiting Specialist

6-month contract – potential to extend

The primary purpose of this role is the support of talent acquisition processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and other duties to support on-going recruitment.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Sourcing: Assist Talent Acquisition team in searching websites, professional organizations, and other avenues to build a pipeline of candidates for current and forecasted positions
Recruiting: Conduct preliminary screening of candidates, which may consist of resume review and preliminary phone screen interviews
Interview scheduling which will include:
- Setting up interviews on hiring manager calendar
- Working with travel to coordinate travel for out of town candidates
- On behalf of recruiters, sends interviewing team candidate resume, job description, schedule, etc.
- Greets candidates and ensures arrangements are made to escort the candidate from one interviewer to the next
- Post open positions to the Invesco.com Careers portal, as well at outside and niche job boards
- Act as the onsite resource for interviews in the NY office
