  • Kip Wright
    President & CEO
    Kip Wright is President & CEO of Genuent, a Willis Group Company. Wright is a staffing industry veteran instrumental in shifting the landscape of the human capital industry. Known as a passionate leader with an innate ability to drive both growth and organizational efficiencies, Wright is responsible for all facets of executive strategy and leadership for the Genuent organization.

    In his 26-year career, Wright has served in numerous leadership roles with public and private staffing and workforce solution companies. As Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America, he successfully led Manpower’s $2 billion contingent staffing line of business for the United States and Canada. Wright also served as Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions in North America, which include service offerings of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO). Wright joined ManpowerGroup through the acquisition of COMSYS / TAPFIN where he served in several executive roles including Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions, Chief Financial Officer and President of TAPFIN. Wright began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

    Considered a leader in the field of human capital and workforce fulfillment, Wright is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a five-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award, recognizing the most influential leaders in the staffing industry. Under his direction, TAPFIN became the gold standard for contingent workforce management providers, and was the largest global MSP for four years running. TAPFIN has also been recognized by Everest Group as the top performer in the MSP space for the last three years.

    Wright carries his business degree from Louisiana State University. He currently serves on the board of Genesys Talent and has participated on numerous other boards, including OnForce and Homemade Gourmet.

  • Michelle Wren
    Executive Vice President of Delivery
    Michelle Wren joined Genuent as Executive Vice President – Delivery in 2014. She has embraced the changes of the staffing industry over the last 20 years and brings a unique talent to Willis Group. Michelle’s experience in the staffing industry includes expertise in the Information Technology, finance and accounting, and engineering verticals. In her role at Willis Group, Michelle is responsible for strategic performance optimization and recruiter productivity.

    Drawing upon her entrepreneurial spirit, Michelle started a boutique staffing firm early in her career. Along with her partners, they organically grew the start-up into a thriving operation that was acquired by Metamor, which later became known as COMSYS.

    During her successful career with COMSYS, currently known as Experis, Michelle pioneered the Leadership Development Program, leveraging the value a great leadership team contributes to the success of an organization. Recognized as an innovative and inspirational leader, Michelle was the architect of the Common Operating Model which leveraged technology and best practices across the organization. Michelle was later appointed the Ambassador of Integration, driving the seamless transition of the COMSYS and Manpower organizations following the acquisition.

    Under her leadership, the Centralized Recruiting Division achieved 70% year over year revenue growth resulting in $150 million in annualized revenue while increasing Gross Margin Percentage and EBITDA.

  • Matt Eckert
    Executive Vice President, Business Development, North America
    Matt Eckert joined Genuent as Executive Vice President – Business Development, North America in 2014. Matt is responsible for leading the business development efforts for all lines of business covering Rochester, New York City, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Southern California and Sacramento markets. Under Matt’s leadership, Genuent has improved key financial indicators including Gross Margin Percentage and EBITA.

    Prior to joining Willis Group, he was Principal at UHY Advisors leading their resource solutions practice, focused on talent management solutions around technology, finance, accounting, and internal audit. Previously, Matt was Managing Director for Experis, formerly known as COMSYS, responsible for leading the Houston market with annual revenues of $70 million. Under Matt’s leadership, the Houston market grew 35% and was the top market in the Experis organization peaking at 525 billable consultants.

  • Monique Calderon
    Vice President,Strategic Accounts
    Monique Calderon serves as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Genuent. In this role, Monique is overseeing the development of a dedicated process to service our largest and most strategic customers. This will include oversight of a separate team of strategic account directors and dedicated delivery specialists.

    Prior to joining Genuent, Monique served as Client Services Executive for Experis (an operating subsidiary of ManpowerGroup). Calderon was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of eight enterprise accounts including Microsoft and Verizon. Calderon joined ManpowerGroup’s family of companies when Manpower Inc. acquired COMSYS in April 2010, where Calderon served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Prior to her tenure at COMSYS, Calderon worked in recruiting for more than 10 years with Tag, Aspen Systems and Donnelly Directory. Over the past 23 years, Calderon has worked with key clients including MCI, Verizon, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Microsoft and more.

    Calderon graduated from the University Georgia with a degree in political science and sociology. Calderon and her family reside in Potomac, Maryland

  • John McCarthy
    Chief Financial Officer
    John joined Genuent in January 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. In his role, John is responsible for the overall financial management of the company including business support, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and tax. Additionally, he oversees the strategic planning, human resource and information technology functions. In his role as CFO, John is positioning the finance and corporate functions to support the growth of the company while aligning and enhancing business performance. Most recently John served as SVP of Finance for CIBER and VP of Finance for Hewlett-Packard. John is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario and is a Certified Management Accountant.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

  • John Nelson
    Director of Professional Development
    John Nelson currently serves Genuent as the Director of Professional Development. John is responsible for corporate recruiting, mentoring newly hired employees, and executing training programs for the sales and recruiting teams. In his brief tenure with Willis Group, he authored the staff interview process and designed a new hire orientation program for sales and recruiters. John also lead strategic initiatives including co-authoring the Genuent Immigration Program designed to transfer foreign nationals to internal staff and the GEO which brings standardization to internal processes. Additionally, he has recruited many essential employees to the Genuent team including a Managing Director, several Business Development Managers, and Recruiters.

    John brings over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology services space. He began his career with TEKsystems in 1995 and spent nine years serving as a Technical Recruiter, Manager of Branch Recruiting, and Account Executive. Since joining the team at Genuent, he has been a three-time President’s Club recipient for outstanding achievements.

  • Michael Allen
    Director of Performance Optimization and Analytics
    Michael Allen joined Genuent as Director of Performance Optimization and Analytics. His primary responsibilities include performance analytics, resource optimization and technology enhancements. Known for his outstanding business acumen, Michael will elevate Genuent’s performance and efficiencies.

    Michael has over 15 years in the Information Technology services space including 12 years with COMSYS, currently known as Experis. Michael began his career with COMSYS as a Technical Recruiter then continued to advance based on his outstanding performance and leadership. Michael drove several key initiatives at Experis targeting the improvement of sales and recruiting efficiencies.

    These initiatives included programs to increase gross margin percentage, delivering training on effective negotiation techniques, and the creation of client analytics and field performance reporting.

  • John Hurst
    Managing Director.
    East Region
    John Hurst, a Managing Director in Atlanta. He is responsible for leading the local Sales and Recruiting teams plus evaluating market expansion within the Southeast region. In his brief tenure with Genuent, John implemented programs to increase market share within current accounts and drive new client development.

    John brings over twenty years’ experience in the IT Services sector including a 17-year career with COMSYS (currently known as Experis) and most recently leading Atlanta operations for MDI Group. While at MDI Group, John was recognized as Managing Director of the Year in 2013 and 2014 and increased the consultant headcount in Atlanta by 70% during that time period. His career at COMSYS was highlighted by growing revenue 40% over a 2-year period and was awarded Chairman’s Club 3 times for outstanding achievements. Known as a charismatic leader with a track record of market growth and success, John elevates the Genuent brand in the Atlanta market.

  • MacKeever Tedford
    Managing Director.
    West Region
    MacKeever Tedford, a Managing Director for the West Region. He is responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team generating approximately $30,000,000 in annual revenue. MacKeever’s contributions to Genuent include developing an employee engagement program that decreased turnover and designing an account development program that increased market share in our Strategic Accounts.

    MacKeever’s career spans 10 years in the Information Technologies Services industry with several industry leading firms. He began his career as a Recruiter for MacArthur Associates then transitioned to Kforce. MacKeever then was then recruited to COMSYS (currently known as Experis) where he sold IT Solutions in Southern California. He excelled early at Experis and was quickly promoted into a management role where he was tasked with launching the West Region Permanent Placement Division. MacKeever was then promoted to Managing Director over Southern California and Nevada based on his success and reputation as an effective leader.

  • Julie Olson
