  • Kip Wright
    President & CEO
    Kip Wright is President & CEO of Genuent. Wright is a staffing industry veteran instrumental in shifting the landscape of the human capital industry. Known as a passionate leader with an innate ability to drive both growth and organizational efficiencies, Wright is responsible for all facets of executive strategy and leadership for the Genuent organization.

    In his 26-year career, Wright has served in numerous leadership roles with public and private staffing and workforce solution companies. As Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America, he successfully led Manpower’s $2 billion contingent staffing line of business for the United States and Canada. Wright also served as Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions in North America, which include service offerings of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO). Wright joined ManpowerGroup through the acquisition of COMSYS / TAPFIN where he served in several executive roles including Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions, Chief Financial Officer and President of TAPFIN. Wright began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

    Considered a leader in the field of human capital and workforce fulfillment, Wright is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a five-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award, recognizing the most influential leaders in the staffing industry. Under his direction, TAPFIN became the gold standard for contingent workforce management providers, and was the largest global MSP for four years running. TAPFIN has also been recognized by Everest Group as the top performer in the MSP space for the last three years.

    Wright carries his business degree from Louisiana State University. He currently serves on the board of Genesys Talent and has participated on numerous other boards, including OnForce and Homemade Gourmet.

  • Kevin Kelly
    Chief Financial Officer
    Bringing more than three decades of finance and accounting experience, Kevin joined Genuent as Chief Financial Officer in 2019. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, IT, contract administration, risk management and related processes. Kevin approaches the management of these key functions with a focus on their contribution to and support of the organization’s growth strategies.

    Prior to joining Genuent, Kevin served in executive and senior financial roles across the professional services, energy services and technology, and privatized corrections industries. His previous roles garnered diverse experience as a corporate officer with publicly-traded companies, a PE-backed company, and a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. Kevin began his career in public accounting and was as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche.

    Kevin holds a CPA and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Management from Houston Baptist University.

  • Michelle Wren
    Chief Operating Officer
    Michelle Wren joined Genuent as Executive Vice President – Delivery in 2014 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in November 2020. She has embraced the changes of the staffing industry over the last 20 years and brings a unique talent to Genuent. Michelle’s experience in the staffing industry includes expertise in the Information Technology, finance and accounting, and engineering verticals. In her role at Genuent, Michelle is responsible for strategic performance optimization and recruiter productivity.

    Drawing upon her entrepreneurial spirit, Michelle started a boutique staffing firm early in her career. Along with her partners, they organically grew the start-up into a thriving operation that was acquired by Metamor, which later became known as COMSYS.

    During her successful career with COMSYS, currently known as Experis, Michelle pioneered the Leadership Development Program, leveraging the value a great leadership team contributes to the success of an organization. Recognized as an innovative and inspirational leader, Michelle was the architect of the Common Operating Model which leveraged technology and best practices across the organization. Michelle was later appointed the Ambassador of Integration, driving the seamless transition of the COMSYS and Manpower organizations following the acquisition.

    Under her leadership, the Centralized Recruiting Division achieved 70% year over year revenue growth resulting in $150 million in annualized revenue while increasing Gross Margin Percentage and EBITDA.

  • Matt Eckert
    Executive Vice President, Business Development, North America
    Matt Eckert joined Genuent as Executive Vice President – Business Development, North America in 2014. Matt is responsible for leading the business development efforts for all lines of business covering Rochester, New York City, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Southern California and Sacramento markets. Under Matt’s leadership, Genuent has improved key financial indicators including Gross Margin Percentage and EBITA.

    Prior to joining Genuent, he was Principal at UHY Advisors leading their resource solutions practice, focused on talent management solutions around technology, finance, accounting, and internal audit. Previously, Matt was Managing Director for Experis, formerly known as COMSYS, responsible for leading the Houston market with annual revenues of $70 million. Under Matt’s leadership, the Houston market grew 35% and was the top market in the Experis organization peaking at 525 billable consultants.

  • Cindy Bennett
    Vice President - People Management
    Cindy Bennett joined Genuent as VP of People Management in 2019. Leveraging her passion for talent management and development, she is responsible for all matters people and culture including employer brand, recruiting, and professional development. Cindy strives to implement innovative approaches to building a first-class employer brand and culture to attract, hire, develop, and retain ideal talent.

    Prior to joining Genuent, Cindy served in various leadership roles with ManpowerGroup including Director of Performance Optimization, National Director, and most recently Managing Director – Enterprise Accounts Delivery. As Managing Director, she provided strategic direction and implementation for 13 of the company’s largest global accounts delivering IT, engineering, business professional, and marketing talent for clients in the technology, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries resulting in $570 million in revenue. Before joining ManpowerGroup, Cindy served in various roles of increasing responsibility including Recruiting Manager and Business Specialist for COMSYS Information Technology Services which was ultimately acquired by Manpower in 2010.


  • Michael Allen
    Vice President of Performance Optimization
    Michael Allen joined Genuent as Vice President of Performance Optimization. His primary responsibilities include performance analytics, resource optimization and technology enhancements. Known for his outstanding business acumen, Michael will elevate Genuent’s performance and efficiencies.

    Michael has over 15 years in the Information Technology services space including 12 years with COMSYS, currently known as Experis. Michael began his career with COMSYS as a Technical Recruiter then continued to advance based on his outstanding performance and leadership. Michael drove several key initiatives at Experis targeting the improvement of sales and recruiting efficiencies.

    These initiatives included programs to increase gross margin percentage, delivering training on effective negotiation techniques, and the creation of client analytics and field performance reporting.

  • Jeffrey Frey, PHD
    Vice President of Innovation - Talent Path
    Dr. Jeff Frey is the Managing Director of the Talent Path division at Genuent, spearheading the learning and development efforts in their pursuit to bridge the gap between education and employment. Known for his high energy, thought leadership, and creative problem solving, he also frequently interfaces with Genuent’s client and university partners to assist them with their future planning and vision.

    Practitioner and scholar, Dr. Frey brings to Genuent a rich skillset that includes cross-industry technology innovation, entrepreneurship, decisive executive leadership, and creative real-world training from both industry and academics. Prior to joining Genuent, Dr. Frey has led information technology and innovation divisions in nuclear, oil and gas, space science, higher education, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors from companies like McDermott International to MD Anderson Cancer Center. He has taught business courses and led centers of excellence and degree programs at institutions such as The Citadel, Houston Baptist University, and Rice University. His research on emotional intelligence in the workplace has been featured in multiple news outlets as well as a TED talk.

    Dr. Frey holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Kent State University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and International Business from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, and a PhD in Emotional Intelligence from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

  • Brent Wiltz
    Head of Marketing & Sales Enablement
    Brent Wiltz joined Genuent in 2019 as Head of Marketing & Sales Enablement with the responsibility of both the Genuent and subsidiary, Talent Path brands. Brent brings a new focus of strategic leadership by concentrating on the entire “Revenue Supply Chain” to create harmony between all facets of sales and marketing. His mission is to enhance performance by maximizing efficiencies for growth, while driving an exceptional customer and candidate experience – our driving force behind the brand.

    Brent is a graduate of the Executive Leadership & Management program at Cornell University and brings over 16 years of sales management expertise in building and leading high-performance sales organizations within the staffing industry. He has successfully unified the sales and marketing teams to drive record growth in companies such as Epiq, Adecco, The Willis Group and Aerotek.

  • John Hurst
    Regional Vice President
    John Hurst, a Regional Vice President in Atlanta. He is responsible for leading the local Sales and Recruiting teams plus evaluating market expansion within the Southeast region. In his brief tenure with Genuent, John implemented programs to increase market share within current accounts and drive new client development.

    John brings over twenty years’ experience in the IT Services sector including a 17-year career with COMSYS (currently known as Experis) and most recently leading Atlanta operations for MDI Group. While at MDI Group, John was recognized as Managing Director of the Year in 2013 and 2014 and increased the consultant headcount in Atlanta by 70% during that time period. His career at COMSYS was highlighted by growing revenue 40% over a 2-year period and was awarded Chairman’s Club 3 times for outstanding achievements. Known as a charismatic leader with a track record of market growth and success, John elevates the Genuent brand in the Atlanta market.

  • John Nelson
    Director of Professional Development
    John Nelson currently serves Genuent as the Director of Professional Development. John is responsible for corporate recruiting, mentoring newly hired employees, and executing training programs for the sales and recruiting teams. In his brief tenure with Willis Group, he authored the staff interview process and designed a new hire orientation program for sales and recruiters. John also lead strategic initiatives including co-authoring the Genuent Immigration Program designed to transfer foreign nationals to internal staff and the GEO which brings standardization to internal processes. Additionally, he has recruited many essential employees to the Genuent team including a Managing Director, several Business Development Managers, and Recruiters.

    John brings over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology services space. He began his career with TEKsystems in 1995 and spent nine years serving as a Technical Recruiter, Manager of Branch Recruiting, and Account Executive. Since joining the team at Genuent, he has been a three-time President’s Club recipient for outstanding achievements.

  • Michelle Proffit
    Michelle joined Genuent in early 2019 as Controller bringing with her two decades of accounting experience. She is responsible for all accounting, treasury management, and financial reporting.

    Prior to joining Genuent, she served as Controller with Champion Energy where she was responsible for all accounting and reporting functions. Previously, Michelle was Accounting Manager for over a decade at Champion Energy’s parent company, Calpine Corporation, with responsibility for plant accounting, compliance and external reporting.

    Michelle began her career at PwC in assurance business and advisory services. She holds a Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

  • MacKeever Tedford
    Regional Vice President
    MacKeever Tedford, a Regional Vice President for the West Region. He is responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team generating approximately $30,000,000 in annual revenue. MacKeever’s contributions to Genuent include developing an employee engagement program that decreased turnover and designing an account development program that increased market share in our Strategic Accounts.

    MacKeever’s career spans 10 years in the Information Technologies Services industry with several industry leading firms. He began his career as a Recruiter for MacArthur Associates then transitioned to Kforce. MacKeever then was then recruited to COMSYS (currently known as Experis) where he sold IT Solutions in Southern California. He excelled early at Experis and was quickly promoted into a management role where he was tasked with launching the West Region Permanent Placement Division. MacKeever was then promoted to Managing Director over Southern California and Nevada based on his success and reputation as an effective leader.

  • Tyler West
    Vice President of Business Development - Talent Path
    Tyler West joined Talent Path as our Vice President of Business Development and will be focusing on leading and expanding the development efforts of our Talent Path Sales team on a national level.

    Tyler has over 15 years of experience in military, leadership and sales executive roles. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a non-commissioned officer.

    He began his professional career in Mental Health where he progressed into Senior Leadership at a Psychiatric Hospital for children and adolescents. In his prior position with Genesis 10, Tyler served as Senior Vice President of Dev10. He successfully built a National Sales team of 10 people to deliver the Hire, Train and Deploy solution in 7 geographic locations across the United States. Highlights of his tenure include creating a Sales Certification program and delivering 120 consultant placements in 2019.

    Tyler has worked in Sales Executive and Leadership positions with leading companies such as TEKsystems, RoundTower Technologies and Genesis10.

  • Fred Zirdung
    Vice President, Learning & Development - Talent Path
    Fred Zirdung joined the Talent Path team as our Vice President, Learning and Development. Fred and his team will be responsible for all content and curricula development and delivery, as well as coordinating support with outside SMEs who also assist with training.

    Growing up in Canada, Fred graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. During his time at the University, Fred had 6 internships with various tech companies, including Nortel, Christie Digital, and Cypress Semiconductor in San Jose, CA. He fell in love with California and moved to San Francisco immediately after graduation to work for Dolby Laboratories.

    Fred joined Hack Reactor in 2013, as their Head of Curriculum where he instructed and graduated over 4,000 students, re-engineered 70% of their current curriculum and managed a team of curriculum developers, technical SMEs and trainers.

  • Zoe Sullivan
    Director, Consultant Engagement - Talent Path
    Zoe Sullivan joined Talent Path as our Director of Consultant Engagement and will be focusing on expanding our university partnerships, talent attraction and consultant engagement.

    Growing up in California, Zoe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of California and a Master’s in Counseling and Guidance from California State.

    Zoe started her career at California State where she developed and executed their Graduate program strategy before accepting a position at Rice University as their Assistant Director, Career Development.

    Zoe is the Co-chair of a Global Conference (MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance), where she markets, creates and executes on the strategic plan to bring in 500+ employer and university attendees.

  • NyTasha Loggin
    Manager, Human Resources
    NyTasha Loggin joined Genuent as the Human Resources Manager in October 2019. NyTasha is the organization’s subject matter expert on HR best practices and compliance.

    NyTasha is skilled in handling employee relations as well as organizational policy matters. NyTasha is also a Diversity & Inclusion advocate and leads those efforts for the organization. Prior to joining Genuent, she utilized her HR knowledge in the state and local government sector.

  • Lindsay Hale
    Talent Development Director
    Lindsay Hale joined Genuent as the Director of Talent Development in 2016. Lindsay is responsible for sales and recruiting content design, development, authoring and delivery. Lindsay also champions Genuent’s new hire onboarding program and provides mentorship for producers.

    Lindsay has over 20 years’ experience in the workforce solutions space. Prior to joining Genuent, Lindsay’s experience encompassed both sales and recruiting roles. Lindsay was also the Corporate Trainer for TEKsystems (formerly known as Maxim Group) at their Maryland headquarters.

  • Kelley Ervin
    Program Director – Talent Path
    Kelley Ervin joined Talent Path assisting with the launch of our first cohort in August of 2018. Kelley serves as Program Director, having oversight over all aspects of the Talent Path program from start to finish. She leads the develop and implementation of initiatives throughout the program and is responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program within the organization.

    Prior to joining Talent Path, Kelley was a Consultant with Genuent providing Consultant engagement as a Senior Project Manager. Her background encompasses the management of IT and strategic initiatives in the Oil and Gas, Energy, Title Insurance and Finance sectors. She is an experienced leader with over 15+ years of successfully managing projects, Information Technology and business teams. Her drive and passion is to ensure that enterprise departmental goals are achieved by developing organizational partnerships and leveraging scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.

  • Katie McCaffrey
    Director, Financial Operations
    Katie McCaffrey started her career at Genuent in 2012 as a Payroll Coordinator, and quickly progressed into various leadership roles, taking on additional oversight and responsibilities throughout the areas of Payroll, Billing, AP, AR, Cash Posting, Financial Reporting, Contract Administration, and OnBoarding.

    Over the years she has gained expansive knowledge of Genuent’s internal operations, and since 2016, has led multiple, end-to-end system implementations, migrations, upgrades, as well as business process automation initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of various financial processes and financial-related reporting.

    As Director of Financial Operations, Katie evaluates Genuent’s processes and systems, across the board, to identify any potential areas of improvement. With a passion for enhancing business operations and functions, she applies various factors and methodologies to current and future states, ensuring Genuent stays at the forefront of innovation and technology as related to financial operations.
